Straight Filet shawl

And another shawl finished, because it had been waiting for a long time with just a few rows to do...

This is a straight filet shawl with a nice block pattern on the biais. The pattern is by Joyce Ramdhan. I got it from a Facebook group.

It's crocheted in another yarn by Hobbii called Cotton Kings Twirl in the colourway Aigue Marine (10). As you can see from the colour changes, the shawl is made lengthwise.

When you spread the shawl you can see the pattern very well. 

Otherwise it is just a straight cotton scarf. 

Et une autre écharpe finie, parce qu'elle a attendu très longtemps avec juste quelques rangs à finir...

C'est une écharpe droite en crochet filet avec un joli patron avec des rectangles sur le biais. Le modèle a été créé par Joyce Ramdhan. Je l'ai obtenu dans un groupe Facebook.

C'était crocheté avec le fil de Hobbii Cotton Kings Twirls, dans la couleur Aigue Marine (10). Comme tu peux voir par les changements de couleur, l'écharpe était fait dans la longeur.

Quand tu l'étire on peut voir très bien les particularités du patron. 

Autrement c'est juste une écharpe droite en coton.

En nog een sjaal klaar, omdat hij al zo lang lag te wachten met nog maar een paar toeren te gaan...

Het is een rechte filet gehaakte sjaal met een mooi schuin blok patroon. Het is een patroon van Joyce Ramdhan en ik heb het gekregen via een Facebook groep.

Het is gehaakt in een draad van Hobbii, Cotton Kings Twirls in de kleur Aigue Marine (10). Zoals je kunt zien door het kleurverloop, is de sjaal in de lengte gehaakt.

Als je de sjaal uitspreidt kun je het patroon goed zien. 

Anders is het gewoon een rechte katoenen sjaal.

Cockles of my Heart shawl

One of the first things I finished was this shawl called Cockles of my Heart by Kirsten Bishop. I made it with a yarn by Hobbii called Cotton Kings Twirls in the colour Galaxy Opal (31).

As you can see it is a striking shawl in a triangle. 

And in that cotton yarn it's very comfortable to wear.

  

Une des premières choses que j'ai fini était ce châle qui s'appelle Cockles of my Heart (= coquillage de mon coeur) de Kirsten Bishop. Je l'ai fait avec un fil de Hobbii qui s'appelle Cotton Kings Twirls dans la couleur Galaxy Opal (31).

Comme tu peux voir c'est devenu un châle frappant en triangle. 

Et dans ce fil en cotton il est très agréable à porter.

Een van de eerste dingen die ik afgemaakt heb is deze omslagdoek Cockles of my Heart van Kirsten Bishop. Ik heb het met garen van Hobbii gehaakt: Cotton Kings Twirls in de kleur Galaxy Opal (31).

Zoals je ziet is het een opvallende driehoeks omslagdoek. 

En door de katoenen draad is het heel comfortable om te dragen.

I'm back.... for a bit

Hi everybody, I've been silent for a while now and that's because of two things. First, I'm having a lot of pain in my right shoulder and wrist when I'm doing crochet. So I gave it a rest for a bit and now I'm slowly getting back into crochet a little bit.... And second, I have been starting a new company, called EF Office Management, in which I offer virtual assistance to small business owners. Thats has been taking up a lot of my time, so no time for hobbies.
Soon I will show some work that has been in my basket for a long time and that I've recently finished.

Bonjour à toutes et à tous, j'étais un peu absent dernièrement et c'est à cause de deux chose. Premièrement, j'ai eu beaucoup de douleurs dans mon épaule droite et dans mon poignet quand je crochetait. Alors je les ai laisser se reposer et maintenant j'essaie de recommencer un petit peu. Et deuxièmement, j'ai commencé une nouvelle entreprise, qui s'appelle EF Office Management, dans laquelle j'offre des services d'assistance virtuel aux petits entrepreneurs. Cela a pris beaucoup de mon temps, alors je n'ai pas eu du temps pour mes passe-temps.
Bientôt je vous montrerai quelques pièces qui étaient dans mon panier pendant longtemps déjà et que je viens de finir.

Hallo iedereen, ik ben nogal afwezig geweest de laatste tijd en dat komt door twee dingen. Allereerst had ik behoorlijk wat pijn in mijn rechterschouder en in mijn pols als ik haakte. Dus heb ik deze wat vrije tijd gegund en begin ik nu beetje bij beetje weer te haken. En vervolgens ben ik een nieuw bedrijf gestart, die EF Office Management heet en waarin ik virtual assistant diensten aanbied aan kleine ondernemers. Dat heeft me behoorlijk wat tijd gekost, dus geen tijd voor hobbies.
Binnenkort zal ik jullie een aantal dingen laten zien die al heel lang in mijn mand lagen te wachten en die ik pas geleden heb afgemaakt.
